Witches and Rye House announce different League Cup dates

IPSWICH ‘Sackers’ will open their new season on March 15, with an Anglian Cup fixture against Rye House.

The meeting was scheduled as a League Cup clash, but has been changed after Newport’s late withdrawal from the Premier League. The return on March 17 at Rye House, will also be Anglian Cup.

The two League Cup fixtures against Rye House have been moved to Thursday April 26th (home) and Saturday April 28th (away).

The club hope to shortly annouce details of a replacement fixture for Thursday 22nd March - it was supposed to be the visit of Newport.
