Howe is the Star of Anglia

SCUNTHORPE’S David Howe won the Ipswich Star of Anglia at Foxhall Stadium.

Howe dropped his only point to Ipswich’s Kevin Doolan in his opening ride, but thereafter never looked in danger.

Witches new-boy Leigh Lanham was second, with Peterborough’s Jesper Monberg a good third.
